Blogger today released the new design & interface for its dashboard which can be realized only on
Blogger In Draft. It's a common methodology that is adopted by Google to test the new interface on Blogger In Draft and later, update to the main site. Note that this update will be visible only to a few randomly picked users while the rest will be updated soon!
